Margaret at reception was lovely, welcoming and understanding, and another staff member was really nice too. The rooms were clean, and I felt safe there. It's budget motel accommodation and easy to get to. I still slept well, though the beds were hard and could do with an update. There were a few annoyances: steady road noise at night, blinds that didn't fit properly and let in lots of light, and no blackout curtains. The screen door had a rip by the lock, so leaving the main door open didn't feel safe. Also, teaspoons would be better than big spoons.

The room was clean and comfortable, and getting in late was no problem. They also replied to my messages quickly. Thank you.

The reception staff were lovely and accommodating, and the location made getting around easy. There's a bus stop right outside, and driving anywhere you need to go is straightforward. The water was wonderfully hot too. The rooms have lots of space, but the layout isn't great. Small armchairs take up the sitting area, where a comfortable little sofa and a proper table with chairs would work better. The shower has body wash only, with hand wash at the basin, so bring your own toiletries. Road traffic and planes can be quite loud if you're not used to them.
