The concierge was great, and online check-in and checkout were handy. Breakfast costs $25 per person if booked ahead, or $30 if you book at check-in. If you're staying more than one night, you can skip daily housekeeping and get $10 off a meal or beverage during your stay. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell lovely. There's free parking, a comfortable bed, updated bathroom, Smart TV and good AC. The location is good too. I wasn't keen on the pillows, though: there are two standard ones and one uncomfortable European pillow. I'd rather have another pair of standard pillows, and a microwave would be useful. I'd gladly stay here again.

In Room 15, cockroaches came up through the bathroom drain, first one, then three, then five. It made me feel physically ill. The room smelled and wasn't as clean as it had been before. Staff acted like it was take it or leave it. Management first offered a 15% room discount, then eventually gave 50, but I'll never go back. Their idea of clean and acceptable is definitely not the same as mine. At a $175 members' rate, it wasn't cheap. I would never recommend this place.

The breakfast was good, but the rooms smelled really bad, like sewer, and the beds were tiny. If we hadn't already booked breakfast for the next morning, we probably would have left. They say they have Netflix, but they don't. We paid $350 for the night. The pool needs more seating and loungers. If you want to spend the day there, you'd have to save a spot from 7am, even though check-in isn't until 2pm. Let's see how breakfast goes 🙄

The room was spot on, and dinner at the connected Alba was awesome. Breakfast there was another story: the scrambled eggs were undercooked, and the bacon and mushrooms were cold. I wasn't happy, and neither were the other guests.
