Lovely Beachside Largs Bay - free wine

The outside tables had a stunning view, and the staff were really friendly. The kangaroo fillet was amazing, both the quality and the generous amount left me speechless. Lake Breeze Bernoota was a perfect match, and it was great to see SA wines on the list. The sticky date pudding was divine and large too. Worth every cent and more.

A peaceful, relaxed spot by the water, and a lovely place to unwind over brunch. We come to Largs Pier most Sundays and it never disappoints. The food is consistently good quality for a really reasonable price, and the Bloody Marys and mimosas are always on point. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and I love that they remember our orders. It adds a personal touch. Great for a chilled Sunday catch-up.

The restaurant is lovely, and the wait staff and the other front desk lady were very nice. Still, we left with a bad taste in our mouth after dealing with Heidi at check-in. Her dismissive, unhelpful attitude made our long-awaited romantic weekend unpleasant. Our confirmation said we’d have a balcony room with a sea view, but the room we got was tired, at the back, with only a tiny window facing the roof. We stayed one night out of the two booked. We enjoyed sitting on the front balcony for a few hours, but couldn't stay in that room, so we left the key before the second night without telling anyone. It’s a beautiful old hotel, which made the experience all the sadder.

We had a lovely evening at Largs Pier Hotel on a warm night by the beach. We ordered the margarita pizza, chips, seafood plate and Broccolini with Parmesan. The service was friendly and quick, and I’d definitely recommend it for a nicer beachside dinner.
