The pool is incredibly slippery. I nearly fell myself, and my friend cracked their head open while walking across it. Luckily, a resident told us the pool was insured. The concierge handled it terribly: we asked for a first aid kit and spent ten minutes being told they couldn't find one. Nobody offered to call an ambulance; they only handed over some tissues. It was just a scrape this time, but what if it had been a concussion? How would they take responsibility?
