Nicki, who ran breakfast each day, was a real standout. I watched her handle several customers while making everyone feel welcome, even remembering their coffee orders. She was also training new staff. She’s a keeper! The hotel was clean and the staff polite. It wasn’t the fanciest place we stayed in Adelaide, but the warm, welcoming breakfast team made me want to return. Experienced, pleasant staff really do make a difference.

The room was fine and had everything we needed for our couple of nights while visiting the Barossa. What made the stay perfect was how quiet it was, along with the helpful staff and a nice breakfast. The man who checked us in and out was smiling and ready to help throughout our stay. Sorry, I didn’t get his name. Late one night we couldn’t find a shop open to buy water, so a staff member gave us a pack of water at no charge. Super helpful.

Even though I was there during a fairly significant local event and the hotel was full of... happy people, let's say, my room stayed quiet. The staff were professional and let me get the restful night I wanted. Just a great place to stay. I’d come back if I get the chance.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and very convenient, and the mall was only a few minutes’ walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Our two-bedroom apartment had spacious, comfortable rooms. The bathroom vanity was a little small for three women doing makeup for a wedding, but we managed. I’ll bring an extra mirror next time.

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, and they let us check in early. The location and customer service were great. I appreciated that the elevator renovations were underway, but on our first day there was a sewerage-type smell in reception.
