The evening meal was nice, and my room had a welcome gift for my Accor member level. But the breakfast was really poor. I should have had a complimentary breakfast, and I did, but getting it was a hassle and not worth it. It was the worst I’ve had at an Accor property, and I skipped it the next morning. They say it’s a $25 breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, coffee, and more. There was little fruit, two cereal choices, some pastry, and egg, but nobody offered coffee. At $25, it’s a rip-off. The man running the restaurant was rude. This felt like a three-star hotel, not four. The rooms were a bit dirty. As an Accor Platinum member, I was told there’d be bottled water in my room, though I think everyone gets it. One of my bottles was three-quarters drunk when I arrived. There were no welcome drinks. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, so smoke from next door filled my room even with the door closed. It was cheap, and it should have been.

We found the staff friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s in a great location. The rooms were large, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable bed. My husband and I would definitely stay there again.

Love, love, loved everything about our stay, and we’ll definitely return! The room, balcony, bed, parking, location, and staff were all wonderful, with five-star staff and reasonable prices. I was very happy 😊 Just a couple of small things weren’t right for me personally: the shower was over a bath, and the venue information came by QR code.

This is our usual place to stay when we visit Adelaide. The rooms are clean and a good size, the staff are great, and there’s off-street parking. It’s close to the city with a range of nearby restaurants. Edis restaurant is on site and worth a visit if you like Sri Lankan food. The meals are generous.

We’ve stayed here before and were happy with it. The staff are really friendly and the location is perfect. The huge bath is probably the best part. I just wish the rooms had a cooker so we didn’t have to rely on takeaway.
