This park doesn’t feel very kid friendly. There’s only a tennis court, with no games room, pool or playground. The kitchen was stingy with supplies, and some TV channels didn’t work. When I raised that at reception, the lady said it was the area, even though some cabins and caravans could get all the channels, so we knew that wasn’t right. She wasn’t friendly and got defensive. The park needs a serious overall upgrade, and customer service needs work too. We won’t be back. My mum, my 2 year old daughter and I came for a few days so Mum could get some respite from being my dad’s full-time carer. The cabin was poky, shabby and dirty. There was hardly room to move in the bathroom, and barely enough space for a portacot. We raised the problems as soon as we checked in, hoping for a refund so we could go somewhere else, but management wouldn’t agree to one or even discuss a partial refund. We had to stay as unhappy customers, then left a day early.

It’s a shame to see such a good location let down by the facilities. I’ve stayed at lots of campgrounds, and this one cost $53 per night for one adult. The sites are nice, but the facilities aren’t maintained or cleaned well enough. The shower temperature switches every couple of minutes, leaving you with a cold shower. Wifi is extremely slow, and there are no hot plates.

We had a powered site for our RV and stayed for two days. Daniel at the front desk welcomed us warmly, and the amenities were very good. The park is quiet, with a gate giving beach access right next to it. There’s a beautiful beach, with toilets and a cafe across the road. Highly recommend staying here.

Good camping at a great place, but the toilet and shower block hasn’t had money spent on it. Some cubicles are still missing tiles, and cleaning there can be lacklustre. The camp kitchen is large and open-sided, so it can get cold when it’s windy. There are four electric bbqs, when they all work.

The staff were very friendly and responsive, even over the phone. The beach is only 2-3 minutes away, and the cabin was among the cleanest we’ve experienced across various states, with tidy beds and utensils.
