We could see the Adelaide airport terminal from the street and the house is under the flight path, but inside we heard nothing thanks to the insulation and double glazing. We stayed with our 7-week-old pup and had no problems. The host was lovely and offered to cook dinner, as he used to be a chef, and breakfast too. It was private, spotless, tidy, and comfortable, with a brilliant bathroom. The location was excellent. Highly recommend.

John is a great host, loves a rambling chat, and makes the place feel like home. He doesn’t skimp on comfort or amenities. It was just the right spot for me to catch a ridiculously early flight.

Ask John for a cup of his special cinnamon coffee. He’s a great conversationalist and makes you feel like you’re catching up with an old friend. A real hidden gem, he made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in.
