We’re so grateful to Bianca and Narelle for helping our two children settle into Adelaide for further studies. Their first arrival in the city was stressful: their visas were approved at the last minute, and we had no long-term room arranged. By God’s grace, we walked past Quest on Franklin late at night. The reception was clean and functional, and Bianca welcomed my wife and son warmly. She listened, helped with the information we needed, and gave us Narelle’s card so we could call the next morning. Narelle was professional, warm and understanding about the children’s situation. Despite a busy golf event, she acted quickly and found an option that suited our needs. We met her later that day, made the payment, and the whole transaction went smoothly. We left feeling relieved. We’re very happy with the establishment and its staff, especially these two wonderful people who helped our children in a new country. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🙏

Our Executive 1 bedroom apartment was a great fit for the family. The bed was really comfortable and there was no noise issue. Daily service included fresh tea and coffee, and they supplied laundry and dish detergent. Reception were friendly and the service was excellent.

We found the apartment roomy, modern, clean and comfortable, and reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is handy too, about a 5 minute walk to the Markets, bars and city centre.

The location made it easy to walk to cafes, restaurants with a good range of cuisines, Adelaide Markets and supermarkets. Trains and buses are within walking distance as well. Our apartment had a working kitchen for cooking, a spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds, and access to laundry downstairs. The reception and housekeeping teams were attentive and provided a high level of service. Highly recommend Quest on Franklin!
