The location was great, and the room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. William, Bobo, and Irene made check-in smooth with a warm welcome and lots of helpful, friendly assistance. Their professionalism really made a difference to my stay. I appreciated the hospitality and would recommend the hotel. Looking forward to coming back.

We got to enjoy the sunset, sunrise and city lights at night from our upgraded room, which we received because of a maintenance error at check-in. The reception staff were helpful, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is right in the city centre, with museums, the botanic garden and Rundle mall within walking distance. There’s also a bus stop near the front street for the free connector bus.

The apartment and the view were top notch, and the rooms are genuinely great to live in. But getting inside was deeply frustrating. My family member called clixx, and staff didn’t clearly explain where to go or tell us where our room was. We only got into the building because another resident let us in. It was 9pm and we were all tired. I’ve been reviewing on Google since 2020, and this is unfortunately one of the most serious reviews I’ve written because of the service. If you stay here, make sure you check in during open hours. After-hours check-in was frustrating.

Modern, clean and fully equipped, the Realm Apts by CLLIX were first class. The location made it easy to explore Adelaide city Center and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for more, and highly recommend it. We’d stay again and again.

The room had fantastic views and was great, but the check-in service was unbelievably poor. Reception staff told my wife they didn’t care. We checked in on the afternoon of Thu 04 Dec 25. We’ll never return, and we won’t recommend it.
