We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view over the marina every day. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and we were given both bath and pool towels, which was an added comfort. The pool area gets sun all day. The location made family activities easy with the kids, since shops, the lagoon pool, and marina are all accessible. We had a beautiful stay!

Some rooms may have lovely views, but this was not worth the money and doesn't deserve to be called a resort. Eight of my family stayed recently. At check-in I was told my room wasn't ready because it was being “cleaned,” though the photos show a place that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. When I said Google reviews matter to the owner, she gruffly said they were of no consequence and was as surly as could be. After we left, my niece was itchy. Once home she had massive bites all over and found out it was Scabies. We emailed the resort and got no reply. Please do yourself a favour and keep well away.

Our stay was very disappointing and fell short of what was advertised. The airport transfer was listed as included, but when we arrived we were told we had to pay $80. That hadn't been clearly explained beforehand and felt misleading. The apartment balcony and the pool near our room were dirty. The barbecue area we planned to use was in very poor condition, with dirt and animal feces nearby, so it was unusable. The only good part was the restaurant near reception, which seemed to be independent of the hotel. Wi-Fi was also advertised as included. Reception told us, rudely, that it was only available in the reception and pool areas. For Netflix or internet in the apartment, we would have to use our own mobile data. That's unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. Overall, the accommodation didn't deliver what was promised, was unclean, and had poor customer service. We wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

The view from the so-called Superior Studio was great. There were just a few little things that could be fixed with a good manager: only one towel hook in the bathroom, holes in the back of the door where another hook may have been, thin towels and no face washer. The shower rose needs cleaning out, and there was no bottle opener in the kitchen drawer.
