Albany Apartments

We’ve stayed here on visits to albany for the last two years because of tracy and her wonderful attitude toward customers. She let us check in early when we had a baby, so I could get my child settled and relax. It’s a great option for families with kids, with the kitchen and spacious room you need. The website photos haven’t been updated. The place has been renovated with new, nice equipment, except for the toilet. It’s clean, though, so we don’t mind.

We couldn’t sleep because other guests partied late into the night, then started up again early in the morning. The owners were impossible to contact and seemed not to care that parties were happening. The place also smelled bad and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Don’t stay here!

Tracey was really helpful, and the unit had everything we needed. We stayed there over the Easter break and were very comfortable. It’s close to town, and the place felt quiet and safe.

I really liked how clean it was, and the customer service was excellent. We stayed three nights with family and friends, using two rooms with kitchen facilities. The rooms were on opposite sides of the accommodation, with the living room and kitchen between them. There were plenty of utensils, including a dishwasher, plus two separate bathrooms, a TV, fridge, table, sofa, microwave, and gas stove. Each room also had separate beds for the kids. I’d book this place again if I return to Albany.
