The ladies at reception were great, easy to talk to and helpful with information. Meals were great too. The location is good and close to town, and the rooms are pretty good whether you get a double or queen. I reckon the only thing missing is a microwave. I’d definitely stay here more often when coming to Albany.

We had a nice buffet breakfast to start the day, and the room was clean with friendly staff. We stayed two nights and everything was great. There was a bit of noise outside our room on the first night, but it really wasn’t anything to complain about. I’d definitely stay again.

For our quick break, we chose the deluxe spa suite for the extra room and were glad we did. The room was clean and felt modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main town centre isn’t walkable from here, but it’s only a short drive.

We booked two rooms for our group of seven at Mandala Ace Albany. The rooms were spacious, clean and well set up, with enough beds for everyone, and we had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Christine looked after us at breakfast and made a real difference with her warm, happy manner and attentive, caring service. Great rooms, good facilities and such thoughtful service made the stay memorable. We’d definitely choose Mandala Ace Albany again, and recommend it for families or groups visiting Albany.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and food and drinks were easy to get at the restaurant. There’s a breakfast buffet as well. The service at Mandala Ace was exceptionally caring and friendly. Great hotel, highly recommended!
