Econo Lodge Waterford

The staff made this a great place to stay. The man at reception, who I’m guessing was the manager, gave us cold bottles of water and was understanding when we reported a room issue. The cleaners were lovely too, and everyone we met was friendly. For the price, it’s really good value. Our room was secure and a decent size, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The air-conditioning and TV both worked, and the TV was fairly modern. It was also pretty quiet. Things weren’t perfect, but I really enjoyed my three nights and would recommend it for a short or longer stay.

Kiri was quick to help when I had a problem, and did so with real care and understanding. He also pointed me toward places to eat. Rahul and the other team members I met were friendly and attentive, which made a nice change from the clinical, detached attitude you can encounter these days. The rooms are a little dated, but they’re spacious, clean, and well appointed. The location suited my needs, and I found the place very useful overall. I’ll stay here again when I’m in the area.

Late check-in was so easy here. I’d booked somewhere else first, but cancelled because their late arrival process was such a hassle. The rooms were lovely, and the little extras made the stay feel special. I’d recommend this place if you want somewhere nice with excellent communication.

The staff were really welcoming, and there’s safe parking on the property. I stayed for a couple of nights and found the room a good size. This place is amazing. Thanks, I’ll definitely stay here again.
