The rooms feel comfortable and well made, and even the kitchen equipment is from good brands. It’s a lovely spot near the beach and amenities, but away from the city bustle. The staff are friendly and helpful, too. I’d highly recommend it.

The townhouse was spacious and clean, and being so close to Middleton Beach, cafes, and the pub was a real plus. We had an amazing weekend getaway and would highly recommend it. We’re looking forward to coming back soon, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else now.

There are a few places to eat and tourist spots nearby, and the beach is close. The rooms are old but nice. There were only two of us, though the room could fit seven, so it’d work well for a larger group.

I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment. Our two-bedroom place had very comfortable beds, reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating, a large fridge and pantry, and a dishwasher. I’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve booked another two-night stay in two weeks because we loved it so much. Everything you might need is provided, including a fridge, coffee machine, plates, and cutlery. Staff are lovely and really helpful, and it’s easy to walk to the best fish and chips we’ve had, a cute cafe, and beautiful Middleton Beach. I couldn’t ask for more and can’t wait to return. I’ve stayed at Pelicans twice now. The first time I was on my own in an executive suite, which I thought was lovely. When I booked the same room type for my most recent stay with my hubby, we arrived to find we’d been upgraded to the gorgeous house out the front. I can’t remember its name.
