That shower had incredible pressure and very hot water, and the housekeepers even offered fresh towels after just one night. Our room was dated, but it didn't bother us. It was clean and comfortable, and the bubbly, welcoming receptionist who checked us in made us feel right at home. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be back. Loved it.

The room was spacious, and having a little fridge was handy. The shower had good heat and pressure, access was easy, parking was right in front, and the staff were nice. But I wasn't fully satisfied with our two nights. The air con was so noisy that I couldn't sleep with it on, even in sleep mode. The mattress felt worn and noisy, the sheets didn't fit it properly and were uncomfortable, and there was no duvet cover, which didn't feel hygienic to me. There wasn't a blanket either if you got cold overnight.

Claudia and Kathy, the Manager, gave great service, and that seems to be their priority. The rooms were clean, and parking is right outside. Each has an iron, 23" TV, microwave, kettle, bar fridge and free wifi. Snacks and drinks in the fridge cost extra. Reception closes at 8pm, but there's an after service number for any problems, and you can check in after hours using the key lock box by reception. Great location, highly recommended.

A handy stopover in Albany, with lovely reception staff, easy access to the main road and the town centre close by. The rooms are a little dated, though I think some have been freshly renovated, so it's best to ask. Every room has a fridge, cutlery and toaster, which came in handy for salads, snacks and takeaway.
