This was our second visit, and we’d recommend staying here. The location right across from the beach is great, and the pool area is nice, though the pool itself was very cold and the spa only slightly heated. One small issue: the dishcloth was so tiny I couldn’t wipe the bench or clean the table to the standard I like to leave the kitchen. You might want to bring your own.

We were five in the family and found the accommodation clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully arranged, so it was comfortable for us. There are good places to eat and shop nearby, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The property is directly opposite the beach, with lovely sea views and easy access to the water. A peaceful getaway in a great spot on the Sunshine Coast. Highly recommended.

The location is great, but the unit needs a proper deep clean. It looked like someone had given it a quick wipe, while some areas had clearly been missed. Cleaning supplies were very limited, which might be fine for a weekend but wasn’t enough for our eight-day stay. The spa temperature was too low to enjoy.

We found this resort when a cyclone was forecast and needed somewhere safe to stay. It felt like a peaceful little luxury escape by the beach, with everything within walking distance. The beach is right across the road, and coffee is available from several places from 5:30am. There’s a lovely local feel around the park and surf lifesaving club. The couple managing the place and their staff looked after us well, and our room was spotless and well equipped. We enjoyed winding down with a quiet read by the protected pool and spa area. I’ll definitely return and recommend it as a real hidden gem.

The view was lovely, the price was good, and the rooms had plenty of space. But our second bedroom had a bright outdoor light that couldn’t be switched off, and the shutters didn’t keep much of it out. Its windows opened onto the walkway to other units, so we couldn’t leave them open. That might work for children, but not for adults. On the plus side, the surf club is across the road and restaurants are walkable.
