If mold counts as a pet, then it’s certainly pet friendly. The place seemed neglected, with cleaning and maintenance apparently left to someone else. For much of the night, neighbors yelled at us, asking for cigarettes and then yelling when we wouldn’t give them any. My mother works with their people and understood everything they were saying. Luckily, my dog and my 17 year old son couldn’t understand the language.

We had a relaxing couple of days at this quiet, clean caravan park, staying on a powered site. The owners are doing their best to update it. It’s around a ten minute drive to town, and very close to Alice Springs Brewing Co, where you can eat in or get takeaway. Their pizzas are great. The amenity block is dated but very clean, with really hot showers. Dogs are welcome, which was nice to see. The communal kitchen has electric jugs, a microwave, toasters, a BBQ, lots of tables and chairs, and even a large screen TV. There is a dump point near the amenity block, despite what another reviewer said. There’s also a pool, though we didn’t see anyone using it, plus playground equipment for kids. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The hosts were sensational, and the park is great for families and pets. Highly recommend it. We’re looking forward to coming back next week on our way back to Alice.

I first stayed here twice with my wife when she was alive, and came back this year with my dog. I love the park and its owners, everyone is helpful and friendly. My dog and I enjoyed walking through the bush section, and there’s an enclosed off-leash area for dogs. The hot showers are great, and everything is so clean. I’ll keep coming back.

The price was ridiculous for what we got. The cabin beds were especially disappointing, with springs sticking into you. When I complained, they offered a doona to put over them. I’d just spent 9 weeks working out bush at a caravan park and had been looking forward to a treat. Very poor customer service.
