The welcome made all the difference. My flight ran late, so I didn’t reach the door until almost midnight, but Jo greeted me so warmly and made everything easy. She was delightful, professional and hospitable, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Inside and out, the setting is beautiful, with magnificent decor throughout. The crisp white linen felt luxurious, and so did the towels and dash washer. I loved staying here and will choose it whenever I’m back in Alkimos.

The homemade breakfasts and treats were the highlight, absolutely delicious and a special part of our stay. Jo at Lavender Manor was so friendly and welcoming that we felt right at home. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable too. A huge thank you to our host for her hospitality. We enjoyed ourselves so much and can’t wait to come back.

Those poached eggs were cooked just right, and the homemade bread was lovely. The crisp, clean white sheets and the rest of the place were just as good. The Lavender Manor is a beautifully done little BnB, clean and comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home. Jo is such a warm, friendly host. Thanks, Jo, for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Kate & Ben

Breakfast was lovely, especially the blistered tomatoes, and Jo’s homemade sourdough and croissants showed how much she enjoys baking. She was gracious and unobtrusive throughout. The home is tasteful and beautifully set up for B&B guests, with sparkling cleanliness, crisp sheets and a bed so comfortable we wished breakfast hadn’t been at 0800hrs. A faultless stay, highly recommended.

I’ve spent six years travelling around Western Australia for work and staying in all sorts of places, but this beautiful B&B has easily become my number one. It’s immaculate in every detail, very clean, quiet and private, and I had the best sleep I’ve ever had away from home. There’s parking with security cameras. Jo is amazing, accommodating and unobtrusive, with a real eye for detail. My only regret is not finding Lavender Manor sooner. I’ll definitely stay again.
