Jane was so friendly and always around the grounds for a chat or help. We loved the location too. There’s a small dock, fire pit and plenty of outdoor chairs for taking in the ocean view, with Brisbane visible in the distance and dolphins swimming nearby. You can easily walk to the local pub, shop, park and beach without a car, and there’s 4wd beach access nearby, plus easy drives to other towns. The rooms were spacious, clean and looked lovely. The excellent camp kitchen was stocked with just about everything, and it’s a great place for big groups to get together or meet other guests. We’ll be back!

Sea Shanties was the perfect place to unwind, with stunning views. The cabin was comfortable, clean and spacious, and the camp kitchen had everything we needed and then some. 10/10.

The communal kitchen had most modern conveniences and was well stocked. We spent a lot of time in the shared area, looking across the bay at Brisbane’s flickering lights in the distance at night. The bungalows were lovely, the location beautiful, and the staff great. Well behaved dogs are welcome too.

Jane was so kind to us during our great family stay at Sea Shanties. The cabin had everything we needed, and we loved its spot right on the ocean. We enjoyed the view and watched dolphins each night. We also went looking for koalas, and one welcomed us in a tree right next door when we arrived. Perfection is the only word for our experience.
