It’s very comfortable and excellent value for the price. The location is convenient, with Coles and the Bowling club an easy walk away. The Manager and staff were friendly, kind and helpful. I’ve already recommended it to friends, and I’ll stay again.

We planned on one night but needed to stay three after hitting a kangaroo and sorting out the insurance. The staff kindly let us leave our vehicle there for a couple of days until it was picked up. The rooms were clean, service friendly, and the location was great.

The room had everything we needed for a motel, and for under $200 a night in Jan, I couldn’t ask for much more. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. The location is handy for amenities, with Hungry Jack and Coles just a stone’s throw away, plus shops and restaurants like McDonald, KFC and Dominos within walking distance. The Armidale tourist info centre is also very close if you want to see what’s happening around town. Just be aware that most shops close early, around 4:30 to 5, and don't open on Sundays.

There are plenty of shops within walking distance, and the location is convenient. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Rooms were clean, with a kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, and free tea and biscuits.

The rooms are a pretty standard motel setup, but the service was great. They offered a free beer or juice when we arrived. The location made it easy to get around to the important places, including pubs and coffee.
