Elly was thoughtful about where she put our group of senior couples, arranging rooms with walk-in showers and away from the road. Everything was spotless, and the nights were very quiet. The manager did all they could to accommodate us. We’ll be back and will recommend the place to our friends.

After trying a lot of motels in Armidale, we’ve finally found a hidden gem. Elly, the manager, went out of her way to make us comfortable. Our room was spotless and didn’t have that strong chemical smell. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely come back.

The room was clean, though dated, and the bed was OK. The rest of the stay was a letdown. It was 36 degrees that day, and our room had been shut up with no AC on when we arrived, so it was already very hot. The split system wouldn’t cool it down. Its filter was caked in dust, and cleaning it made no difference. We ran the AC all night, but the room was still hot the next morning. It seemed poorly maintained, and the AC itself seemed cheap. We cancelled a future booking and won’t stay here again.

The manager gave us a lovely welcome. The place was close to town, quiet, and had adequate bedding. We had everything we needed for one night.

I was in town on my own to visit family and was pleasantly surprised. It’s basic, but extremely clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, cheerful, and full of useful information. I’d definitely stay again.
