Candice is friendly and dependable every time. Even with my late check-ins and often early departures, she goes out of her way to accommodate me. I'd recommend her to anyone!

We stayed in Room 11 this week. The carpet was very stained, and the room wasn't serviced at all during our four-night stay. There was no tea towel, plates, biscuits or soap holder in the shower. The coffee supply was very small, though they replenished it when we asked.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rooms are very spacious. For an older motel, it's lovely and clean, with fantastic water pressure. The shower was my only issue: it was a small prefabricated unit that was hard to step into with my broken spine. I'd recommend staying here and would return on our next visit to Avocoa.

Room 4 was a lovely surprise, so clean and comfortable. The owner was warm and welcoming too. I'd happily stay here again!

The owners and workers were especially friendly and attentive, better than at any other motel I've stayed in. We were there for three nights in July. The room was spacious, clean and well cared for, and the place had the hospitality and adequate amenities you'd want in a small town like Avoca. It's close to the centre, with restaurants, bars and convenience stores just minutes away. I'd definitely recommend it.
