The room itself was lovely, clean and spacious, and the price was okay, though a bit high. We stayed on Valentine’s Day, which may have played a part. Parking was uncertain: if you got a spot, great, but there wasn’t one guaranteed. Our room faced the road right beside a pub, so it was really loud, and people walking past the bedroom window wasn’t ideal. I’m sure it would be better in a room away from the road and pub. A king bed would fit better, and the pillows really need replacing. We also had to get someone over to fix the TV. He was chewing something very loudly, which was pretty gross.

The room at Lake Inn Ballarat was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get to the lake. We also appreciated having a coffee machine in the room and laundry facilities available. Check-in was quick, and the friendly staff pointed us toward nearby grocery stores and restaurants and explained how to walk to the lake. There was a small payment mix-up at first, with the wrong amount charged to my card. The staff apologized and corrected it promptly. The bank is still processing the refund, which may take a while, but it didn’t affect our stay. We had another comfortable, convenient visit and would recommend it.

Every time we come, the rooms are ready, with the heater or cooler already on. You’re always there to greet us with a lovely smile, and nothing is too much trouble. We always enjoy your friendly service. Keep up the great work.

The staff were amazing when I arrived and really helpful. Thanks for the great service, and for letting me store my car trailer over the weekend while I was at the local car show. Sorry if I was a little loud.

It was so peaceful, and we got the best sleep. The room was spotless and really comfortable. We loved our stay at Lake Inn and will definitely come back on our next getaway.
