The apartment had plenty of space, was very clean, and had everything we needed for the price. Being close to the hospital was a big help, and the service was friendly. Our 4wd couldn't fit in the carport, which happens to us a lot, and there was no soap or shampoo. Still, I'd gladly stay again.

We spent a few months at 12 Errard Apartments and were very happy there. The place was clean and roomy, with a nice private courtyard. Both bedrooms and the lounge had TVs, the beds and linen were lovely, and the heating and cooling worked really well. It's close to shops, restaurants, hospitals and public transport. We'll recommend these apartments to family, friends and anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Ballarat. Terry and Danny

The service was five star, and I'd book again. It was a perfect three bedroom apartment, spacious and decorated in a tasteful, modern style.
