The location was peaceful and quiet, and close to the lighthouse. I had a parking space right outside my door, and the staff I met were friendly and greeted me with a smile. I was in the area for my sister’s wedding and stayed six days. The room had a stylish, lovely vibe, was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was well equipped with everything I needed, and I thought the price was very good value. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone after a quiet place to stay.

The pool was good, and the room was very clean, though otherwise just average. We could hear the road and the neighbours talking because there was no sound insulation. The mattress wasn’t great, and the bed frame squeaked whenever you moved, all night.

Everything was clean and comfortable for a lovely night. The room had what we needed, including coffee, beach towels, makeup remover, air conditioning and an iron.

We had a comfortable stay at Ballina Palms Boutique Motel, and the room had the amenities we needed. It was well presented throughout, with a fresh, well-kept feel. The bedding and bathroom were spotless, and the housekeeping team clearly takes pride in keeping things clean. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through checkout. They gave us useful local suggestions and made sure we had what we needed. That care, along with the boutique feel and attention to detail, made the stay memorable. It was good value for money, with cleanliness and service that stood out. I’d recommend Ballina Palms Boutique Motel to anyone visiting the area.

Very quiet and clean. The pool felt peaceful and semi-private, unlike pools at some other places.
