Worendo Cottages

Nathan and his wife were so friendly and considerate, and made sure we had information to prepare meals over the holiday. They also suggested some excellent local attractions. Our quiet Christmas at this lovely farm stay became one of the best memories of our trip. The fully equipped cottage has beautiful sunrise and sunset views, and the night skies were breathtakingly clear. The kids especially loved feeding the animals every day. Everything about the stay felt perfect.

Coffee on the deck each morning while watching the sheep was a lovely part of our romantic getaway. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the indoor fire and outdoor fire pit, and Nathan and Jodie were great hosts. They even left marshmallows for us when we arrived.

The views of the mountain ranges from the verandah were fantastic, and the Lime"cottage was peaceful and very private. It had a spa bath and an extra shower outdoors in the courtyard, a bit of a novelty. The owners were helpful and friendly, and the homemade quiche was very nice. A fantastic spot for a special occasion for two adults. It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

We stayed in Wild Lime Cottage and felt like we had the whole world to ourselves. It was beautiful and so peaceful; we switched off from everything and simply sat enjoying the views. The animal encounters were lovely, and the fire pit marshmallows and amazing night sky made it even more memorable. This place is truly special and a must-do. Thanks to Nathan and family for a memorable stay. I can't recommend it enough!
