A flat tyre near this property turned into a much better night than we expected. The owner’s family noticed us as they passed and offered information while roadside assistance was taking ages. When we had nowhere to go, they put us up for one night, even though they hadn’t planned for guests. The cozy place is tucked behind trees, out of sight from the road, and gave us a peaceful night after a terrible day. You can see the family’s care in all the details, and it’s no surprise the guestbook is full of kind comments. I recommend it to anyone, flat tyre or not.

The place felt comfortable and looked attractive, with plenty of room and a large block around it. It was clean and tidy too. I loved that the owners have kept the feel of the 70's home, right down to the crockery and linen. Highly recommended!
