The grounds and views were amazing, and the Rose cottage had everything we needed for a family break or a trip with friends. We stayed for a winter weekend and found it cosy and well priced. The owners were lovely, too. On arrival the fire was already burning, and there was homemade carrot cake waiting in the fridge. Best carrot cake in the world!!!
