Litchfield Outback Resort

We’d only stopped for lunch after a busy morning sightseeing, but the food and staff impressed us so much that we booked a room for the night. The Irish owner was lovely too. The bed was comfy, and we got the rest we needed.

The barra was really good, and two of us ordered it. The lamb shank was perfectly cooked and fell off the bone. Our room was spacious, clean and great for the three of us. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Highly recommended 👌

The restaurant has a great menu, and the pizzas are amazing. The beer on tap is cold too. Our room was clean and really spacious, with a nice view of the pool area. The staff were incredible. I saw them go out of their way to help the customer in front of me change rooms because of an issue with stairs. This place feels like comfort mattered when it was built, rather than squeezing in as many guests as possible. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We found this place by accident after a terrible experience at a nearby caravan park, and it saved our trip. The staff were so welcoming. There was loads of room at the camp ground, with miles between us and the next campers and plenty of space for the kids to run around. Great facilities, a lovely pool and a terrific meal at the family-friendly pub. Camp-fires are allowed, too! They’re planning to add more facilities in the camp grounds. I recommend it, especially for families with kids. We’ll definitely be back.
