My assistance dog and I felt very welcome, and we’ll stay again when we’re next in Bathurst. The staff are lovely, and for $5 the continental breakfast is hard to beat, with cereal, toast, tea, coffee and juice. The room is basic but clean and functional, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. The modern shower has good pressure and gets hot. There’s also a smart TV, wardrobe, iron and ironing board. The older style air conditioner is a little noisy, but it wasn’t a problem.

Our team needed somewhere affordable, and Explorers worked out perfectly. The rooms are a bit small, but I was impressed by how clean they were and how helpful the service was. We were very happy with the experience and would stay again.

It’s dog friendly, clean, and well priced, with a comfortable bed. Our room got a little noisy when we used the hot water, but it was fine. I’ll come back.

Check in and checkout were simple, and the staff were friendly. The motel was having renovations done, but they didn’t get in the way of our stay. Its location worked for our travel plans, though it isn’t right in the middle of town. The room was smaller than I expected, but fine for why we were there. It was very clean, with fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, no mould in sight. Tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. There’s a cute little dining area where continental breakfast is offered, though we didn’t have it. A good, tidy little motel. I’d stay again.

We booked after Melissa’s positive, reassuring phone call about the room standards, and were very pleased with our unit. We’ve been travelling with our 3 year old Pup for the past twelve months, and finding pet friendly accommodation that doesn’t smell of pets is so hard. This room was clean and comfortable, with crisp white linen, a comfortable bed, and no smell at all of previous pets. I wish I could remember the name of the young man who greeted us. He was brilliant, nothing was a problem. Thankyou. Kind regards, Steve and Annie
