The food was incredible, and the atmosphere felt peaceful, classy and elegant. I’d never been to Bishops Court Estate before, but I’ll be back. Christine is such a kind, helpful host and made me feel welcome and special. It’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever visited, and the service is second to none. Stay, dine or hold your event here, you won’t regret it.

The property is stunning. We enjoyed flat whites on the balcony while watching the sunrise, then champagne and friendly conversation with the other guests in the library at sunset. Christine and the staff made the experience truly memorable and went well beyond what we expected. Christine arranged custom breakfasts, or “brekkie!”, and recommended places for dinner in Bathurst. Her service was unlike any other vacation experience we’ve had. If you’re travelling to Bathurst or Orange, Bishop’s Court Estate is the place to stay.

The building and gardens made our wedding anniversary especially memorable, and the rooms had an elegant, luxurious feel. Christine and Katie looked after us so well and made us feel warmly welcomed. Christine’s passion and design ability have brought this heritage building back as a fully functional modern mansion, with lovely period furniture, art and ornaments chosen with great taste. Treat yourself to a bygone era in a historic country town. You’ll be amazed.

The beds were so comfortable, the rooms beautifully appointed, and the garden lovely. We had a truly relaxing and memorable stay, especially sitting by the cosy log fire. Christine is the ultimate hostess, and Barbara's breakfasts were delicious. What a spectacular, charming place from the moment you arrive. Thanks to Christine and Co for making it so superb. It deserves far more than five stars.

Leaving Bishop's Court and going back to “real life” made us feel sad. The place is beautifully decorated and maintained, and Christine creates such a warm, friendly atmosphere as a wonderful hostess. From the moment you arrive, you feel transported to a bygone era. Thanks so much, Christine, for making our stay so memorable.
