The staff were the highlight for us: friendly, professional, and always happy to help with whatever we needed. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with quality furnishings that made for a good night’s sleep. The hotel was thoughtfully designed, beautifully presented, and very clean, so it felt welcoming as soon as we arrived. We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t fault it. We’d happily recommend it and will definitely return on our next Hobart visit.

The location was a 10/10, and the staff and rooms were too. Moss Hotel felt like a cosy, welcoming little hideaway, peaceful but right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed the lush views and grabbing snacks from Salamanca, with everything we needed just a short walk away. Thanks to the lovely staff for making our stay even more special. We’ll absolutely be back.

We only had one night here, which was a shame. The room was cosy and lovely, with a cool little balcony, and I especially liked the bathroom tiles. The hotel’s greens and dark shades are my favourite, and the whole place had a great colour palette. Service was wonderful both on the phone and in person. The lovely woman at reception even helped carry our luggage to the room. Salamanca Fresh is right there for supplies, and there are great restaurants and bars nearby. Can’t wait to come back.

The room was great, the staff were friendly, and the location is perfect for visiting the Salamanca markets. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I loved the hotel’s dark, moody colours, which gave the place a stylish vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. It’s in a great location too. A fantastic stay, and I’d definitely come back.
