There’s loads of room to relax, both in the living area and on the decks, and it was quiet. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful. The five of us, all adults, stayed two nights and found the rooms clean and comfortable. It’s right across the street from the ocean, with incredible views of the rocks, and just a short walk to shops and the blowhole. Getting the minivan up and down the driveway took a bit of care, but it was doable. The oven and stovetop were brand new and a little confusing, though we figured them out. I’d stay here again.

So much sun and beautiful views from most of the rooms, right by the coast and north of wineglass bay national park. The house was clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped. I’d happily spend the whole winter there.

One thing to be aware of is the steps from the carport up to the house, which could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, the house had everything we could need. It’s modern, clean, and comfortable, with sublime ocean views from the deck where we watched wildlife and caught both sunrise and sunset. We’ve travelled much of Australia, and this is among the best houses we’ve stayed in, possibly the best. If you’re on the Tassie east coast around Bicheno, this is a great place to stay.

We even got to watch penguins cross the road right in front of the house at night. The deck has a stunning view, and the place has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We’d definitely stay again.

We were supposed to stay for three nights for our wedding anniversary, but our booking was cancelled without any communication. After days of trying to reach them, they wouldn’t answer calls and gave us excuses about why they cancelled. We were highly disappointed and won’t recommend this place to family or friends.
