A lovely historical house right in the city centre, with stunning, cosy interiors. The owner has clearly put his heart into the room design. There are just three or four rooms and a shared living room, with tea, coffee and water available around the clock. Our room had everything we needed, including air conditioning, heating, lovely linen and all the bathroom essentials. Breakfast included fruit, jams, muesli and yoghurt, and the owner served tea, coffee and excellent fresh bread. Free parking in the yard was another plus. For Albany, the price and quality are the best combination.

We were stranded on a busy long weekend after a kangaroo hit our campervan, and Craig, the owner, came to our rescue. He got up at midnight to let us in and make sure we were safe, without asking questions. The B&B was cosy and welcoming, and I couldn't recommend it more highly for a stay in Albany.

Three couples in our group booked all three rooms at the Three Chimneys for a trip to Albany. Craig was easy to talk to and very accommodating. The B&B was immaculate, with wonderful paintings and other items, and the beds suited us perfectly. The library had coffee available all day, plus lovely chocolate biscuits, which were also left in the rooms. The location was convenient for amenities and the Transwa bus terminal. We had a good continental breakfast in the breakfast room, with coffee or tea and toast served at our table. Craig was a perfect host, and his B&B is beautiful. Thanks, Craig. We'd strongly recommend the Three Chimneys as a great place to stay.

The Harbour View room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the decor, atmosphere and general comfort of Three Chimneys. Its location made it easy to stroll around Albany's town centre, which had changed just a little since our first visit for our honeymoon. Craig was a friendly host, and we were delighted to meet Jess. Allan and I stayed for three lovely nights in April to mark a special anniversary, and we're glad we did. Albany has plenty to offer, especially for dining, and we highly recommend Three Chimneys. We plan to come back soon.

Craig was kind and generous, and went out of his way to help us after a kangaroo and campervan incident left us stranded. His attention to detail made the B&B a highlight of our time in Albany. Thank you, Craig.
