After a hot day hiking in 34 degrees, we were really counting on the pool. It was filthy and clearly not fit for swimming, with no warning signs, and even though we were told it would be cleaned for our second day, it still wasn't. There was no discount offered for being unable to use it. We wished we'd booked somewhere else, and should have been told about the pool before paying. The room had plenty of space, but the aircon was old and loud, and there was no way to change the fan speed. We found one mug and two plastic spoons, with no other cutlery, and had to ask for a toaster. There was no hair dryer, and the Wi-Fi password didn't work.

Charmaine was so helpful and accommodating, really went out of her way for us. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. I'd recommend staying here. Sue Halberstater (16/7/25).

Charmaine helped us get our long trailer parked properly, which was great. We had a pleasant overnight stop, with a comfortable bed and a simple, clean, quiet room. The local Hotel is an easy walk away, and we had a great meal there.

The manager was very accommodating and looked after everyone's needs. Hope you get better soon.💐 The whole yard was really clean, and it was nice being away from the busy main road. The pub and servo are within walking distance. Thanks! Selena.🌴 It was a nice, quiet place.

Charmaine made us feel very welcome and couldn't have done more for us. The room was clean and neat, with air con, a nice bed, and a huge bathroom. There's great food within walking distance at the local Hotel, and the pool area was nice too. Definitely coming back, it's an awesome stopover for weary travellers.
