10/10
I’m in Mackay for work at least four times a year, and this is where I stay every time. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is great, and it’s awesome value. 10/10, I’d recommend it.

This hotel is decent, but after paying, they don’t give you any compensation back. It’s a poor business with very poor ethics and no morals. I won’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The bed was comfortable and I got a good night’s sleep. Check-in service was great, and the price was very reasonable compared with other places.

I was very happy with the place during my four-day stay. The rooms were really clean and the staff were very friendly. Thanks so much to the reef motel staff, I’ll definitely come back.
