The room was great value, and there are different room types to choose from. Mine was very clean, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked well. It had a small fridge, kettle, plates, cups, and cutlery. The bathroom was tidy, and the water was nice and hot. Reception was lovely to deal with.

The room was extremely clean, and it was quiet with no undesirables around. We stayed one night with my son and had a really lovely experience. The gentleman at reception was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Great value, and I’d definitely come back.

The room was in rough shape. The ceiling was falling apart, the walls had separated from it, and there appeared to be mold in the shower and on the windowsills. The property felt neglected, as if maintenance had stopped being a priority. That added to the feeling that the owner’s frustration was coming through in their dealings with guests. It’s hard to feel welcome when both the room and the atmosphere seem so broken. Our arrival was upsetting after a long day of travel. We’d booked through a website that said reception stayed open until 10pm, but when we got there just before 9, a sign told us to call. The man who answered sounded frustrated, hung up, and came down with an attitude. He said he’d had trouble hearing us because of our accent and the phone connection. I understand calls can be difficult, but a little patience would have helped. He bluntly asked my name, grabbed the key, hurried us to the room, and rushed back to lock up. Before leaving, he made an unnecessary remark about us being ‘foreigners.’ If we’d been able to cancel, I would have done so immediately. I hope the owner finds peace and healing in whatever they’re dealing with. Guests should still be treated with kindness and respect.

The manager on site was very helpful and accommodating, and the service was great from my first call to book. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were neat, the beds were great, and the rates were good. We’ll definitely stay again. Thanks for making it memorable.
