The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was good. Still, we didn’t have a great stay because a group of people partied at the pool until around midnight. Our room was close to it, so we got the worst of the noise, which disturbed all of us. We reported it to reception repeatedly, but it didn’t stop. I’m sure this isn’t a regular thing, but it showed that the hosts weren’t making other guests’ comfort a priority.

The location is excellent, and the apartment was spacious with all the cooking facilities we needed for a stay of several nights. It had a great balcony, though it was too cold to use. The furniture was mismatched and uncomfortable, and cleanliness was average. I booked in a hurry through a third-party site, which was a mistake because the price was ridiculous and didn’t include parking. Parking is free if you book through the hotel, but costs $15 per day through other sites.

The location was great, the rooms were spacious, and the pool was very nice. When we first walked in, though, the corridors and our room had an awful mould smell, so we had to open all the windows to air them out. The place was outdated and not very clean, and customer service was average with a generally apathetic attitude from staff. I had to call reception to get the Wi-Fi password. They also failed to tell housekeeping that we had a late checkout, so housekeeping walked in on us twice.

The bathroom and kitchen were immaculate and modern, recently renovated, and the beds were comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and modern, and I had no problems staying here. The furnishings were modern too. It’s a city hotel that suits a business stay more than a family looking for character. There isn’t much character if that’s what you want. The gym is small and would be full with 6-7 people. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
