The back patio was our favourite spot, with lush green trees, birdsong and bird feeding at certain times. The location is great and close to the town centre. Our room was much bigger than expected and had everything for a weekend stay. It was very clean, with parking right outside the chalet door, and the bedroom stayed dark all morning so we could sleep in. The lovely family who own the place were so friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. We appreciated the included continental breakfast: toast, spreads, cereal with milk, juice, tea and coffee. We stayed over the Anzac Day long weekend and will absolutely be back. I’d be honoured to recommend it to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay.

What will make us repeat customers is the wonderful service, which was impeccable from booking right through to returning the keys. The accommodation was clean and cosy, and the views are lovely. It was a beautiful part of Bridgetown to call our own for a weekend.

I had room 5 all to myself, with a veranda overlooking the river. It’s such a tranquil, beautiful place to stay and connect with nature, with large, comfortable rooms. The staff were very welcoming and even gave me milk, bread, orange juice and cereal.

The birdlife here is amazing. It’s a real gem, with basic facilities that are clean and comfortable. Ideal for a few days of rest and relaxation, or as a base for exploring the area. I’ll definitely stay again.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, and the accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped. Bridgetown is a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to visit again.
