We had eight adults and five children under five, and this beautiful place worked perfectly for our family. The bedrooms were laid out well. The adults enjoyed the pool room, while the kids played happily in the downstairs bunk and playroom, in sight of the adults in the kitchen and dining area next door. The fire and air conditioning kept every room warm, and the kitchen had everything we needed except scissors. There were three TVs, which worked out well during State of Origin week, with the kids, ladies and men each watching. Thanks for giving our family the chance to spend quality time together in such a lovely, homely holiday home. We’ll certainly try to visit Tudor House again.

A great spot for a trip with family or friends. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the main town is only a short drive away. I’d definitely recommend heading up to Mount buffalo for the views.

We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints. It’s a nice place, though a few paint touch-ups would help it feel worth the cost.

Cedar Cottage was good value, but the accommodation didn’t match what the website photos led us to expect. It’s also at least a 25-minute walk to the town centre.
