Getting around was easy since parking on the property was straightforward, and the unit was large and spacious. Check-in was okay, though not as smooth as I'd hoped. The room and the elevators and hallways could all use more attention to cleaning. I had a comfortable stay despite those issues, and would come back to Ivy and Eve Apartments. The accommodation is reasonably priced and in a great location.

The mattress wasn't quite even, with the sides sunken and the middle higher. Still, the night-time city view was great, and the sunrise and sunset views were okay. The service was top notch, and the concierge team was really helpful and accommodating. Shout-out especially to Ms. Ina.

The location was excellent, with a five-minute scooter ride to Queen st mall and a five-minute walk to the restaurants on Southbank Stanley st. Our room had everything we needed, and Ina was kind enough to move us to a higher floor for the New Year's fireworks. The motel had a great view for New Year. We had a lovely two-week stay over Christmas and New Year, and I'd book here again without hesitation.

The staff were polite and professional throughout, and I have no complaints about them. The apartment itself was great, but the balcony view was disappointing. I had requested a higher floor when booking, but we weren't placed on one. The area in front of the balcony had dirty clothes and cigarette butts scattered around. A restroom and water dispenser in the lobby would help. Guests checking in after hours, especially after a tiring flight, might otherwise wait 20-30 minutes without access to basic amenities.

The location was perfect, with shops close by. I checked in on a Friday and found the room clean, comfortable, and spacious. Reception staff were friendly and helpful too. I had a wonderful time here.
