Novotel is usually one of my go-to places, and this one is my top pick around Rooty Hill and Eastern Creek. The room was spacious, with a queen-size bed or bigger. There are restaurants nearby, so finding food isn't a worry, and supermarkets are about a 10-15 minute drive away. Booking this hotel was entirely my own choice, and I agree with the people who say it's worth staying at. To me, it definitely is.

The apartment was huge, with two bedrooms and three King beds. There was a double-basin powder room, two toilets, a big bath and shower, plus a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge. We also had four TVs, a large balcony, two study nooks with lots of power outlets, and very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, daily room service, quick elevators and an ice machine on every floor were all handy. The decor felt comfortable, if not especially modern. The curtains look bloodstained, though I suppose that's some kind of art. Breakfast was the letdown. The fruit seemed frozen, the scrambled eggs were like powdered mush, the bacon was tough as a shoe sole, and the pastries were dry and nearly stale. Even the machine's flat white came out at room temperature. Luckily there's a little cafe in the RSL club downstairs with enough choices for a relaxed breakfast, and the club has great lunch and dinner options too.

Free parking was a nice bonus, and our family of four had plenty of room. The beds were really comfy, the rooms were clean and spacious, and room service was tasty and well priced. We stayed after a day at Raging waters, which was very close by. The staff were lovely too. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

After finishing an event in Sydney late at night, this is a handy place to stop before travelling back to the country. It's convenient, reasonably priced, clean and good for kids, with large rooms. Breakfast at the hotel is usually pretty nice, and West HQ has good dining options as well.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and parking was really easy. I had a fantastic stay at Novotel West HQ. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and I loved being able to choose from four different pillows. The amenities were great too.
