Brisbane Quarters

Really good vibes, lovely people, great breakfast, and amazing service. For backpackers, this is the best hostel in Brisbane at a very reasonable price. I’d absolutely come back. Thanks so much, guys! 😉✨️❤️ I’d only suggest adding a small bedside shelf for a phone or book.

A good backpacker place, close to the train station. The room is small and you share the bathroom and toilet, but it’s great for the price. Breakfast is free, with yogurt, coffee, milk, bread, and other basics. There’s also a shared kitchen where you can cook whatever you like. I heard they have an activity every day, which sounds fun. I didn’t join this time, but maybe I’ll come back and take part 😄👍

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. I think low ratings may be because some people end up with inconsiderate roommates. I had a big problem with mine, but staff helped me sort it out, and I’m grateful. This really happened, and I want to remind people to talk to staff and ask about changing rooms if they feel uncomfortable. If you’re happy, you don’t need to leave a negative review for the seller. It’s not worth getting hurt over someone else’s mistake. Last night, the person in the lower bunk sprayed perfume ten times before going out. I could clearly hear it. When he came back, he sprayed it five more times. The room was small with poor air circulation, so it filled up with perfume. I don’t use perfume, and the alcohol smell kept my brain active all night so I couldn’t fall asleep. I got sick the next day, had a sore throat from breathing it all night, and my sense of smell still hasn’t fully recovered. Thank you again for helping me with this.

Brisbane quarters has been my favorite hostel on the east coast so far. The rooms were really clean and had curtains. I booked a 10 bed mixed dorm but was given a 4 bed female dorm, which I really appreciated. Free breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff were lovely too. I didn’t want to leave.
