The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful with directions, and check-in and checkout were both quick and smooth. I really liked the apartment and its amazing views. The fully equipped unit had two bedrooms, although the ensuite bedroom was locked. There are three buildings in the complex, so you may need different lifts to reach places like the rooftop pool, gym, and level 6 entertainment facilities. There are private residences in the complex too. I hope I get the same room if I return. I'll be back!

I booked through airbnb and had an apartment on the 29th floor with great views over Brisbane CBD. The location in the Valley is handy, right next to a train station, and the pool and gym are on the 6th floor of the next-door building.

I've lived in this building for three years and am extremely disappointed by the lack of security and accountability. Parcels regularly go missing, arrive opened, or disappear altogether, and nothing is done. Management shows no urgency or concern and offers no real way to prevent it. Residents should be able to feel their belongings are safe, but we're left with repeated losses and no support. This has gone on far too long, and the lack of action is unacceptable.

I've been renting at FV Peppers since June 2018, and I love the resort feel when I come home from work travel. Lara, Skye, Ella, and the rest of the team are amazing to deal with. Moving in was straightforward, and the apartment was in great shape when we arrived. We rent through Peppers directly, which gets us discounts at the in-house restaurant that we use often, as well as at all other Pepper & Mantra locations. We've only used the pool a few times, but it's a great place to relax. We regularly enjoy the Spa Suites and Cinema, which are always relaxing and amazing.
