Parking was easy, and I skipped breakfast because it didn't seem worth the price to me, though it could suit someone else. I'd happily come back for another gig since the stay felt worth the money. The room was small but clean and had what I needed, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Shops and restaurants are nearby, with South Bank an easy walk away, and the location worked especially well for the gig next door. I asked for a quiet room and got one at the back on the first floor. It was surprisingly peaceful, with no street or neighboring-room noise. The ventilation was the drawback: one vent was full of dust and needs a proper clean, while another above the door ran loudly all the time, even with the air conditioning off. So it was never completely silent.

The room was on the small side, but very comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for my work conference. The staff were so happy and polite, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Food options and a convenience store are right outside, the bus station is a very short walk away, and South Bank is less than a kilometre away. Just perfect, and I'd highly recommend staying here. 😊

The Deluxe Queen room had a work desk, two armchairs and a coffee table, tea and coffee supplies, a mini fridge with milk, a double mirrored wardrobe, and a shower with both a waterfall head and detachable nozzle. The bath products came as separate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the towels were soft. The mattress was firm and comfortable. It's a good option if you're after a bit of luxury without CBD prices. There's a busway nearby for getting into Brisbane CBD, plenty of food within a short walk, and Southbank parkland is about a 10 minute walk away. Handy too if you have family at Mater Hospital. The room rate was great, and the breakfast buffet was affordable at $25, running daily from 6 am to 9am. 100% recommend!

I was here after a minor surgical procedure and found the room nice and very quiet, thanks to the soundproofed windows. It had a lovely bathroom, two single beds, chairs with an occasional table, a study desk, coffee amenities, and a small fridge. Mater Hospital is across the road, with cafes, a bakery, and a convenience store downstairs.

There's a good breakfast, starting at 6.30 if you need an early start. The hotel is within walking distance of several hospitals, public transport, and about 20 dining spots and bars. Rooms are great, with Foxtel and good ensuites. The downside is limited parking, depending on what time you arrive.
