The facilities are a real plus, especially the pool and BBQ area with their amazing views, and the rooftop bar. It’s a great location, and most residents are lovely. I’ve lived here for over two years, and when things like hot water outages happen, they’ve always been dealt with promptly. Some complaints seem to come from people unfamiliar with body corporates and apartment blocks, where things can go wrong sometimes. Visitor parking has to be limited and monitored in an inner city building. If residents could use those spots all the time, actual visitors would never find parking.

I was fined in my own parking spot. Guest parking is another problem: you can’t leave your car there for more than a few hours without getting fined. The management team is a mess, and the whole thing feels like a scam to take people’s money.
