A delightful, very quiet place in the CBD, even though it's in the middle of the city. The apartment was clean and practical, with everything needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great, with freshly cooked bacon and eggs and everything fresh. Parking was easy to access, with good options at a reasonable price. The location is handy for public transport and the shops at Queen St Mall. We only stayed one night, but I'd definitely return. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and went above and beyond. We also got a room upgrade at no extra cost.

Gorgeous place, lovely staff, great breakfast and a top location. They upgraded me to a two-bedroom room, big enough for the whole family. Only letdown was finding the water jug in the fridge empty, but that's on me. Eleven out of ten. If I hadn't grown up in Brisbane, I'd probably holiday here. Thanks so much.

We keep coming back and are happy to do so. It's a wonderful place to stay in Brisbane CBD, with rooms that are always immaculately presented. Reception and service are consistently professional, courteous and friendly. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, and the staff are very accommodating.

I absolutely love this hotel. It's quiet, well located, reasonably priced and includes breakfast, so it's an easy choice. The three people serving breakfast were a superb team and deserve a special mention. Keep hold of them! ❤️ For weekend parking, book online at Queens Plaza from 5pm onwards for very cheap rates.

Absolutely blown away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, clean linen and lovely thick towels. Breakfast was amazing too: a fresh hot meal, plus chia seed puddings, yoghurt, toast, cereal, bacon and baked beans. Just a good old-fashioned hearty breakfast. I'll definitely stay again!
