Mantra Terrace Brisbane

Reception were kind and attentive, and I appreciated finding the aircon already on after a disgustingly hot day. There’s no restaurant, but the surrounding cafes and eateries make that unnecessary. The hotel is just outside the CBD, quiet enough but still walkable, with a station and bus stops nearby. For a short stay, it works; if you want somewhere to indulge, there are better options. I was only there one night, and the room felt run down and cheap despite having a modern renovated bathroom. It seemed past its prime and had a musty smell. The so-called private balcony barely fit one standing person and a chair, and the city view was just the building opposite. I’d call this three-star at best, not four.

It’s a quiet boutique hotel, and I loved staying here. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed, pillows, and linen, and the shower was fabulous. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and really helpful, with excellent service. The location is great too. I’d recommend Mantra Terrace Brisbane for work or a holiday, and I’d definitely come back. Mantra Terrace is in a quiet spot, but it’s an easy walk into the city and to central station for the airport train. Reception staff were friendly, and thanks as well to Tomoka in housekeeping for servicing our room. We enjoyed the stay and would choose it again on our next Brisbane visit.

For a short stay, this place is affordable and worked really well for two. The room felt modern and elegant, with thoughtful touches that made it nicer than other hotels. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean, with dark tiles and a rain shower. Staff were helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay.
