The only small downside was the extra parking surcharge if you need a spot. Otherwise, reception staff were courteous and helpful, the unit was spacious, clean, and nicely presented, and restaurants are nearby in a very central location.

The bed was really comfortable, and the apartment was good. Great location, too. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

I spent 15 days there and found cockroaches in the room. The bathroom looked like one in a hospital, and I had a terrible experience with reception over a package. On checkout day I told them a package was due and that I’d come back at the end of the week to collect it. The app notified me that it had arrived. When I returned, I asked a receptionist about it. Another redheaded receptionist was listening, looked for about two seconds, and said it wasn’t there. I insisted they had received it, but she still denied it. At the nearest Australia Post office, they confirmed it had been delivered and showed me the signature. I called to explain, and she rudely said, “You already came here, and I said it wasn't there. We're not obligated; it's not our responsibility.” She’s right that they could have refused the package. But once they accepted it and signed for it, it became their responsibility. Stay away from this place.

The apartment had everything I needed and was stylish, with safe, secure parking. It’s close to public transport, bars, restaurants, and pretty much everything else. Breakfast spots, restaurant cafes, are just across the road. Great place to stay, and I’ll be back.
